There is a vacancy for Santa Clara COunty Parks and Rec. The 5 supervisors approve plans made by Santa Clara County parks and Rec and help devise the long term strategic direction of Santa Clara County Parks.
Parks and Recreation Commission Appointee shall represent the public at large. Appointment is for a rotating 4 year term which commenced on July 1, 2006. Authority to appoint remains with District 1 until term expiration on June 30, 2010. (Incumbent Susan Brain is eligible for reappointment.)
